Returns & Refunds
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: All return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
We cannot accept items that are not in “like new” condition: unworn, unwashed, free of human/animal hair, bodily stains/odor, and without all tags intact.
In the case of exchanges for a different size or item: Please include this form with your exchange and provide reason code. The original item must first be shipped to and arrive at our location before an exchange can be sent out.
Shipping payments must be paid through Paypal.com using the instructions below.
Domestic fees for Tees/Patches will be $3, Sweatshirts/Hats $6.
International fees for Tees/Patches will be $12, Sweatshirts/Hats $15.
A $2 fee will be issued for all additional items.
For all other products please e-mail for a quote. Payments are accepted through USD only.
1. Go to www.paypal.com. Select Send Money
2. Enter email address firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Enter shipping fees in amount space. Press send.
REFUNDS: If an item is being returned for a refund please include the packing slip form with your return and provide reason code. The item must first be shipped to and arrive at our location before a refund can be provided.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to show up on your account after the refund has been processed.
DAMAGES/MISS-SHIPS: In the case of damaged or incorrect item(s): Please include this form with your miss shipped item and provide reason code.
Blackcraft will issue a pre-paid Return Label for all domestic customers. However, we are unable to provide return label service for international customers. For all international customers, please contact us at email@example.com
